Our Commitment

At Magic Touch, every candle is hand-poured in small batches with care and intention. We stand behind the quality of every product we create.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for return:

  • Unopened and unused products in their original packaging

  • Items returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective

Not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used candles

  • Custom orders and personalized items

  • Items returned after 14 days of delivery

  • Gift sets that have been opened

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at magictouchfloralandgiftdesign@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. Include a photo if the item is damaged or defective

  4. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Send photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost

Custom Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation for a period of 30 days, then binding arbitration in Woodbridge, Ontario.
