Agreement to Terms
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. By purchasing any product from Magic Touch Floral & Gift Design Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to the following Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all purchases made through our website, in person, or through any other sales channel.
Candle Safety & Usage
WARNING: NEVER LEAVE A CANDLE BURNING UNATTENDED.
Burn within sight and away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Always burn candles on a heat-safe surface and avoid drafts.
For best results:
Burn until the wax melts evenly across the entire surface
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time
Place the candle on a stable and heat-resistant surface away from air drafts
Remove any charred wood and keep the wick trimmed to about ¼ inch before each use or relighting for a clean and even burn
Stop burning the candle when ½ inch of wax remains
Do not move or touch the candle while it is burning
Containers will become very hot while burning and shortly after extinguishing
Improper use of candles can result in fire, injury, or property damage. By purchasing and using our products, you agree to follow all safety guidelines provided.

AVERTISSEMENT : NE JAMAIS LAISSER UNE BOUGIE ALLUMÉE SANS SURVEILLANCE.
Gardez la bougie en vue et à l’écart des objets inflammables, des enfants et des animaux. Brûlez toujours les bougies sur une surface résistante à la chaleur et évitez les courants d’air.
Pour de meilleurs résultats :
Laissez brûler jusqu’à ce que la cire fonde uniformément sur toute la surface
Ne brûlez pas plus de 4 heures à la fois
Placez la bougie sur une surface stable et résistante à la chaleur, à l’abri des courants d’air
Retirez tout résidu de bois carbonisé et gardez la mèche taillée à environ 6 mm avant chaque utilisation ou rallumage pour une combustion propre et uniforme
Éteignez la bougie lorsqu’il reste 1 cm de cire
Ne déplacez pas et ne touchez pas la bougie pendant qu’elle brûle
Le contenant deviendra très chaud pendant la combustion et peu après l’extinction
Product Information
We strive to accurately describe and photograph all products. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, appearance, and fragrance strength may occur.
Fragrance perception is subjective and can vary from person to person. We cannot guarantee that every scent will meet individual expectations.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. We only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at magictouchfloralandgiftdesign@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can assist you.
We reserve the right to determine appropriate resolution on a case-by-case basis.
Custom & Gift Orders
All custom, personalized, and made-to-order products are final sale.
Once fragrance selections, labels, or production specifications are approved, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled or modified.
Production timelines provided are estimates and may vary depending on production volume, material availability, and seasonal demand.
Magic Touch Floral & Gift Design Studio is not responsible for errors in artwork, spelling, or design that were approved by the client prior to production.
Shipping
Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Magic Touch Floral & Gift Design Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside our control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are correct at the time of purchase.
Limitation of Liability
Magic Touch Floral & Gift Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
Our products must be used in accordance with the safety guidelines provided. Failure to follow these instructions may result in damage or injury. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including product designs, images, branding, and written content, is the property of Magic Touch Floral & Gift Design Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through informal negotiation for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada, conducted in English by a single arbitrator.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or purchase of our products constitutes acceptance of these terms.
