Order Processing
Standard orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. During peak seasons, holidays, or major promotions, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only.
Shipping carriers may include Canada Post, Chit Chats, UPS, or other regional carriers depending on destination and service availability. Delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
A flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 CAD applies to all orders across Canada.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is submitted, please contact us as soon as possible at magictouchfloralandgiftdesign@gmail.com. If an order has already shipped to an incorrect address due to a customer entry error, any additional shipping or replacement costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Magic Touch Floral & Gift Design Studio is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but later reported as lost or stolen. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we recommend contacting the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at magictouchfloralandgiftdesign@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
Weather Considerations
Because our products are sensitive to extreme temperatures, we may occasionally delay shipments during severe heat or cold conditions to ensure product quality and integrity.
Custom & Corporate Orders
Custom, corporate, and bulk orders have different processing timelines depending on production volume. Typical production timelines are 7 to 14 business days, though larger orders may require additional time. Shipping costs for custom or bulk orders are calculated separately.
